Sneha Divias, founder of the Atelier

Profile

Sneha Divias

Born in Portugal, Sneha holds a Master Degree in Architecture from the Lusiada University of Porto and specialized in Interior Design at New York University. Having worked on projects globally with renowned architecture and design consultants in Lisbon and Dubai prior to founding the Atelier, Sneha helms the firm with true entrepreneurial vision.

Award Villa Palm Jumeira I received the Best Residential design award at the Commercial Interior Designed awards.

A first of its kind interactive children’s play museum. Spread across 30,000 square feet, the two-storey facility boasts a massive play area that houses eight galleries.

We worked closely with owner Fatma Al Khoori to develop the creative concept of the structure of this gift wrapping retail project, resulting in a 360 degrees design that allows visitors to discover the versatile detailing from all sides.

The scope was the styling of Banyan Tree Residences Dubai show apartment and Sales Center. The Atelier collaborated with the UAE-based developer Sweid and Sweid to create the concept.

The Atelier’s interior architecture involvement starts at the inception of a project maintaining a direct approach throughout the project’s duration with a tailor-made service that caters to the specific needs of the client.

We will guide you through the different phases of the project – Concept, Schematic and Detail Design supported with technical drawings, material specifications and 3D renders.

Our interior design services are holistic and comprehensive including a selection of materials, furniture, lighting and project coordination.

Though we are consistent with our design principles, we don’t work with recurring design solutions. Each project allows us to use a new set of ideas, research and combinations tailored to the specific requirements.

We collaborate with our network of suppliers, artisans, artists and craftsmen – people who are dedicated to innovation and quality.

We use traditional techniques to physically conceive contemporary furniture concepts. Our studio is focused on authenticity, exploring new ideas for each design and creating bespoke pieces that are integrated with the context and interior architecture language.
